Having worked with many different types of people all around the world, I know that therapy can sometimes seem like a scary, unfamiliar experience, so I aim to make things as relaxed and easy as possible. I view therapy as a collaborative process during which I always want my clients to feel comfortable and safe.

I have specialised training in and regularly treat the following:

  • Mood dysregulation, including depression and bipolar disorder 

  • Sleep problems

  • Expat adjustment difficulties

I work mostly from a mindfulness-based cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) framework. I work closely with each client to formulate an approach and treatment plan that is practical, personal, and strengths based.
